Riding bikes is in our blood. We’ve been riding bikes since before we can remember. We understand many of the reasons why you ride. We know that having breathtaking photographs from your ride is the icing on the cake. The cherry is when the photography goes beyond landscape and smoko shots, and moves into awesome riding shots of you and your mates.
We’ve created ‘Trail Shots’, the perfect way to quench your mountain bike photography thirst.
This is your opportunity for you to be able to create the kind of content you’re looking for and able to use right away here in the Southern Lakes. The photos are for your own personal social media accounts or to pass onto your sponsors for their feeds. We aim to get a selection of images to you as soon as possible, usually by mid day the following day, sooner if we can.
We can also print your favourite photographs. If you hadn’t realised, print is definitely not dead. When you see your photographs printed onto high quality paper, using archival quality ink you’ll be blown away. The archival nature of these prints means they’ll also still be able to knock the socks off your great grand kids 65 years later.
We can currently offer trail shots on mountain bike trails that are either on public or DOC land. We can take up to 4 riders at once on public land trails - such as the Queenstown Mountain Bike Park, and up to 5 riders for trails on DOC land - Rude Rock, 7 Mile, Deans Bank etc. This not only ensures that the trail is still as enjoyable for other users, it also means that you can keep your stoke high, rather than waiting for too many others to have their photo taken. Our concession fees feed back into the local mountain bike clubs, and we do what we can to support local club races throughout the season as our way of paying it back to the sport we love.
